Not even the rain could stop us
It wouldn’t be a Melbourne event without a little (or a lot of) rain, but that didn’t hold the incredible Aftershock community back. With umbrellas in hand and smiles firmly in place, we came together for the 8th year of Teresa’s Trotters — and what a morning it was! From Princes Park in Melbourne to footpaths all over Australia, the energy was real. Whether you were walking with us in person or trotting your own local block, we felt your presence and your passion.
Your generosity blew us away (again!)
Every year, we’re floored by the generosity and good vibes you bring to this event and 2025 was no exception. The support, the donations, and the community spirit was so special. This kind of energy is exactly what keeps Teresa’s Trotters growing. Together, we raised a record-breaking $30,000 — our biggest total yet! And, we’re dreaming even bigger for 2026: $40,000, here we come.
Welcome, Ascot Group!
This year marked an exciting milestone. We welcomed Ascot Group as our first-ever corporate partner! Their multi-year commitment to supporting The Aftershock’s mission means the world to us, and we’re so excited for what’s to come.
Thank you to our long-time legends
A huge shoutout to our incredible partners who have supported Teresa's Trotters for years:
- Four Rascal Coffee Roasters for the early morning caffeine fix
- Cobb Lane Bakery who supplied delicious croissants
- Day For It Melbourne for the picnic set up, providing excellent entertainment (particularly for the kids!)
- Lovabowl who helped us fundraise through the sale of their famous acai bowls
- Instinct Health who donated $2 from every appointment and class throughout February
To everyone who walked, donated, volunteered, partnered, or cheered us on in person or from afar — thank you. Your support makes this community what it is, and we can’t wait to do it all again in February 2026 (hopefully with a bit more sunshine).

A big thank you to our partners
